The Round-the-world Caravan «INTERKULTURA» is a nonreligious, non politics, non commercial project. Its main goal is to strengthen peace between people of different countries and nationalities, faiths and political views with help of cultural achievements.

The Round-the-world Caravan «INTERKULTURA» will start in Ukraine and will be held in more than 100 countries during 12 years. It consists of different directions festivals, exhibitions, concerts and sport events in open city squares, master classes of well known people of art and professors of Universities and teachers of schools, interesting event for youth, children and parents, seminars for teachers and businessmen, round tables for scientists and social workers, religious leaders, politicians and government representatives, press conferences.

The organization committee of the Round-the-world Caravan «INTERKULTURA» offers you to be a partnership in its preparatory international actions and projects of 2006-2009 years.

1. TASTE THE BEAUTY OF YOUR MOTHER TONGUE. All Ukrainian action of the international movement “To Support Native Languages and Cultures” on Radio and TV. Opening date: 9-16 of November 2006 yr.

2. International holiday “ECOLOGY OF COMMUNICATION” to coincide with arrival of world wide well known cultural figure –Jean-Marq Leclercq (France). Its component is the world wide program of man development “GROW WINGS”. 2^nd part - international family and school project of events “LINGVA ARBO-LANGUAGE TREE OF MY CITY”. 3^d part - Art festival “TASTE THE BEAUTY OF YOUR MOTHER TONGUE”. Date: 25-28 of April, 2007 yr.

3. World wide program of man development “GROW WINGS”. Date: 2007-2009 years

4. Project of chronicles “INTERCULTURE”. Date: 2007 yr.

5. LIBRA ONDO - BOOK WAVE. International one-day blitz action of the international movement “To Support Projects and Resolutions of UNESCO”. Date: 2 of April 2008 yr.

6. International program “FRIENDSHIP WITHOUT BOARDERS”. Date: 2009 yr.

7. Golden Ring of festivals “IN THE BEGINNING WAS THE WORD” it is an action of a new format which presents series of festivals, related to a word for example: festival of poetry, humor, theatre, opera, songs, kobzar’s word etc. Date: 2009 yr.

8. International Parade of festivals “LINGVO INTERNACIA”. It is the parade where languages are presented as art for example: festival of painting, music, circus, pantomime, dance, photos and slogans, sweets, balloons, kites and so on.

Date: 2009 yr.

9. Parade of festivals “ECO-CULTURE”. Festivals under this general name will have different themes: environment, health, family, youth, science, production, business, politics, religion, man development and Media. Date: 2009 yr.

Partnership in the Round-the-world Caravan «INTERKULTURA» and its preparation events.

Integration policy of organization committee

International organization committee of the Caravan «INTERKULTURA» creates appropriate conditions for its conduct in participating countries. It is done on the basis of forces supporting international movements, projects and programs working under the roof of UNESCO or supporting it.

Organization committee of the Caravan in Ukraine is using such forces. Long term monitoring is carried out by means of specifically formed by the International Youth Creative Unit GAUDEAMUS preparatory and actual events of the Caravan such as: TASTE THE BEAUTY OF YOUR MOTHER TONGUE, ECOLOGY OF COMMUNICATION, THE BOOK WAVE, Golden Ring of festivals “IN THE BEGINNING WAS THE WORD”, Parade of festivals “LINGVO INTERNACIA”, Parade of festivals “ECO-CULTURE”, world wide program of man development ”GROW WINGS”, International program “FRIENDSHIP WITHOUT BOARDERS”, chronicles “INTERCULTURE” and so on.

Priorities in partnership are given to groups, organizations and companies the actions of which correspond to conceptions of international movements, The Caravan is based on.

Integration of its own projects

Corresponding Projects to the Caravan conception are being considered by its organization Committee as related and under certain conditions as partnership. They are being integrated in its image with support of agencies servicing preparation and conducting of the Caravan.

· Information agency of the Round-the-world Caravan «INTERKULTURA» renders information support to partnership organizations, movements, clubs, institutions, funds and projects that don’t have their own information centers or PR agencies, also actions that are of tolerant nature, carrying cultural, educational and life-asserting character.

· Producing agency of the Round-the-world Caravan «INTERKULTURA» gives opportunities to use the Caravan’s TV, Radio and ART stages around the world.

Partner can:

1. offer any help to organization committees with preparation and holding different Caravan events-take part in organization committees working on preparation of events, service, produce attributes, offer accommodation, transportation, food, industrial goods, technical equipment etc;

2. to give encouraging prizes to participants of events during events- books, juices, tree saplings, balloons etc;

3. finance separate segments of projects- festivals, round tables, TV bridges and so on;

4. develop, organize and hold its own actions within the framework of Caravan.

Partnership conception is based on synthesis of organizers’ and partners’ abilities and desires of synchronized development in suggested projects of organization committee

Organization committee possibilities concerning placing of banners and logos, press escort and time on TV and Radio is limited and depended on partner’s activity.

The main characteristic of a partner is tolerant attitude to other languages and cultures.

A company producing harmful for man’s health goods (tobacco, alcohol etc) cannot be a partner of the Caravan
